Nail art for toes and fingers – 6 Nail arts PERFECT to try at HOME

Nail art is a powerful way to accent, display, improve and beautify your nails. Manicures and pedicures are beauty treatments that cut, shape and polish the nails.

These procedures often involve removing the cuticle and smoothing the skin around the nails. Types of manicures can range from natural nail polish to dipping powder and acrylic nails.

There’s nothing like indulging yourself to make yourself feel better.  But it can quickly get expensive, especially if you decide to go for more than ‘a little bit’ of nail art.

1. Nail art for toes and fingers: The French Apple:

Some of our greatest loved colours move to form this sweet but sophisticated innovative nail design.

First, apply a base coat to every nail. Then create the outer sketch of the apple heart on your thumb plus ring fingernails with bright vermilion red crème, and then fill in.

Next, use a drawing tool to create the apple stem with magenta plum crème. Finally, paint your pinky fingernail in a deep red wine crème and give your remaining two fingernails two coats of brown satin colouring to complete the look.

2. Nail art for toes and fingers: The Red Star:

Who doesn’t love a classic red manicure?  The simple star accent on the ring finger takes it to another level, again start with a base coat and build it up, accent with a darker colour, and glitter nails offset to maximise the effect.

3. Nail art for toes and fingers: Beautiful Golden Tips:

Play with your bare nails with a touch of gold on the tips.  Try a chunky metallic shade like L’Oreal colour rich gold nail powder or try ones available from Beauty Tips for that trendy look at a good rate. Beauty Tips are very in this season and bang on trend for that quick yet fashionable look.

4. Nail art for toes and fingers: The White stripe

In this case, less is definitely more.  We love the simplicity of these neutral nails with a thin white stripe in the middle. Offset the centered white stripe with mixed placement on adjacent nails and accent with darker geometric shapes to really make it stand out.

5. Nail art for toes and fingers: The Inconspicuous Cake

We love a good pastel nail look, and it’s even better to have multiple colour options.  Reflect the order of colours on each toe for a polished nail art look that doesn’t require intricate precision, use dotting and layering to complete the look.

6. Nail art for toes and fingers: Golden Stripes Effect

This nail art is almost too easy.  Wear a fine gold polish like those available from leading nail & beauty sites like Beauty Tips, sliding it across the center of your nails, your topcoat, and hey presto it’s complete.

Remember when looking at nail art for toes and finger designs are very much inter-changeable and nail art simple techniques and designs can be mixed for more complex looks.
